the head turner
See me;
Sunday, July 29, 2007

I read my romance novel/thriller/bio tb on the bus every single day.

I know it's bad for my eyesight. I still do it, because I simply can't stand sitting there idly for the whole journey. Because I can't fall asleep when I just woke up half an hour earlier. (Doesn't apply to the journey home.)

It isn't any wonder that I can't see what Miss Ang is writing on the board, when I'm sitting in the third (i am short) row, with my specs on. I thank God for teachers like Miss Lee who teaches with the visualizer capable of the zoom function.

It isn't any wonder that I have to squint to check out the time for the next train/the number of the bus approaching the bus stop, even with my specs on.

It is't any wonder that it's time for me to change my lenses!

It's frustrating.
