Cantabile 2008 - MGS choir concert! (:

A very happy day; reliving memories and making new ones.

There's just something about an empty concert hall; it makes you go quiet and stare in awe at really, just about everything. (:

Rehearsing over at Victoria Theatre brought back memories of CATS - Danse Feline Sur Cordes, Mr Lee and of course, StringE! The pretty flowers were still splashed on the pillars outside!

And then we went back to VCH to practice and I think I was blinded by the lights. I've never been bathed in so much light before!

MGS Choir really stole my heart and took my breath away. My hair started standing when they started to sing I Have a Dream. I guess they should be flattered; cos only good music makes my hair stand. (: Their singing was just mindblowing la, especially with Thank You for the Music and Dancing Queen. It was so simple; but so very perfect.

So I say
Thank you for the music,
the songs I’m singing.

Thanks for all the joy they’re bringing
Who can live without it,
I ask in all honesty.

What would life be,
without a song or a dance, what are we?

So I say,
Thank you for the music,
for giving it to me.
