I still haven't told CK I lost her book in school, even though it happened about 800 donkey years ago (even before SYF!).

I better start looking around bookshops to get her a new copy before I forget the title of the book. Beautiful Dreamer (or was it Dreaming Beautiful?!) by Elizabeth Lowell. I can only remember that the cover was brown. You see, I didn't have a chance to get past chapter one, and then the book disappeared.

Debate Finals up next Thursday. 4/3 vs 4/5. "Singaporeans do not care for the environment." And we are the opposition team! Grumbles and mumbles.

Heard from Mr Ang (and many other girls) that 4/3's really prepared. Oh my, and we couldn't even decided who's speaking?! Since it'll be during assembly (2 cohorts!), there'll be microphones. I can't argue with Mr Ang that my voice is loud enough anymore to escape using the mike. Yikes.

Our class has always adopted a passive attitude to any compeitions, so I guess this time it's amazing that we've come so far. I was really surprised at the sudden change in class spirit when the entire class cheered when we won each round. But hey, I'm not complaining!

I hope we win. =)
