How do amazing friendships start?
Mine started with the amazing friend squatting by my seat and asking if I was okay.
Somehow, I think it's a miracle that I had to transfer class. And I'm glad it happened.
We clicked and everything went by so fast.
We did almost everything together, from gossiping to singing to...aye, everything covers alot of ground.
Yeah you called me almost every night. And I've always wondered why you bothered with
"Hello? May I speak to Natasha?" when you know I'm always the one picking up the phone. And then you have to go,
"Nat, it's priscilla ah."I remember you teaching me how to rollerblade. I was screaming my head off and you were there whoosing around with your fantastic footwork and looking gorgeous with wind whipping your hair around. I was hanging on to the wall for dear life, and you actually forced me to let go! Haha, 2 hours and a few falls later, I proudly announced that I finally knew how to blade.
How's yuni doing? Is she still with you guys? If she is, tell her I said thank you. All throughout the two years, whenever I dropped by your place, she'll always cook instant noodles with those tiny fishballs cos she knows I don't take certain stuff.
And then you were accepted into VIP. I was stunned. I knew I had very little time left to spend with you. Realization set in only when the year came to a close. I still remember the last day of school when we hugged everyone else. I cried because it would be the last time I saw you people in that silly tk uniform. But you know what, I'm glad I was given the chance to tell you how I felt about you.
I was frightened, because I didn't want our friendship to end. I was frightened, because I didn't want to start all over with new people.
We made promises to keep in touch and go out and all that. Somehow it all didn't materialize. You were busy, I was busy. But I realized I was just making excuses. 9 months slipped by and I didn't do anything. I'm not going to let this go, so believe me when I say I won't let it happen again.
