Today was a mind blowing day.
Literally.
The skin between my nose and upper lip's raw. And it hurts just to sniff now. Serves me right, for rubbing and blowing my nose every 5 seconds since yesterday. Every sneeze killed a few brain cells, and blew me off to pluto and back. I can feel a dry cough creeping up my throat.
Yikes, my date with Mr History Textbook was a real fiasco. I kept sneezing in his face, I couldn't understand what I was seeing. The words looked like ants to me. Sheesh.
And hallelujah! The day of judgement has come! Come friday, I'd face yet another British examiner from ABRSM to retake my piano exam.
Today, in between my sneezes, Ms Goh said sternly,
"YOU MUST PASS."Of course I'd want to pass, mumsy forked out another whopping 360 just for me to spend another 30 minutes playing and singing for some brit.
Someone just remind me never to look up at the piano's surface while I'm playing.
Sigh.
Armed with a box of kleenex, I'm off for another date with Mr History Textbook!
