I'm so proud of myself. I studied History! Had macs for breakfast. That adam guy was there to take my order, again. Haha.
Anyway, on friday we were doing the paper cutting thing. Then I muttered, SHIT! Then miss ho happened to pass me. Very lightly, she swatted me on the arm and said "Aiyo, why you swear. Girls cannot swear!" Like, what the...? Haha.
And now, OBS.
Everyone can just go to manda's blog to read about what happened during the 4 days I spent at OBS, but I will just highlight some stuff.
Blade of GrassGame of trust. Standing on a platform, arms locked close to your chest, you fall back and your team mates catch you.
I made a silly mistake that really shook me up. I stepped too far back and slipped. My tightly squeezed eyes flew open. The arms that were supposed to be locked close to my chest, opened up and reached out for LUM (instructor) in a bid to grab hold of him. I saw panic flit over his face for a second. Then I felt myself hit the mat. Everything was in slow motion.
Really, when someone describes a fall/accident in slow motion, don't doubt. Because it does! That was the only highlight for the first day. Will update again soon. Off to study again!
