OKAY.
the yes 93.3 街头爆唱会was just great!!!
arrived at 5.30, found kenji and bianca. (kenji's senior). yupp. chatted and waited (dumdeedum) until bout 6.15 when it was time for the mad rush of securing places. Then came the hard part. Standing there, wishing it would just rain, and fanning ourselves with the
thingy trying to promote the 24 Superstar finalists, sweating like pigs, but silently telling ourselves that the wait was gonna be worth it.
Alas, screams were heard. Excited, i turned towards the source.
CHEY. it's only 志勇! no need to get all excited what. Then Dasmond Koh arrived too. More screams. Then Liyi, then bla bla. We all heard thunder and I was hoping that it'd rain. Then i started worrying cuz I didn't bring a brolly. -.- They started playing Energy's 天与地and MAN! I was surprised. Practically everyone, yes, i mean EVERYONE screamed. I guess Energy had the largest fanbase there. :)
Okay, then 志勇came on stage and led us in singing "rain rain go away". haha. And the people really sang. haha. Then it started to drizzle. So everyone started opening their brollies. Kenji didn't have to open hers, we were well sheltered since everyone around us opened theirs. haha.
Okay, so at 7 peifen and jiahui (YUCK) both came out in miniskirts and their disgustingly sweet voices. Played a guessing game. Then. The superstar finalists performed the Lao Shu Ai Da Mi song. By then I was envious of those getting the privilege to sit at the chairs. I was getting faintish.
The Wei Pin and Chongqing and some other ppl sang a string of songs. Not very entertaining.
Then came F.I.R!! WHOOO! Haha. They just rocked the whole place lah. They sang 6 songs. Listening to them sing live is like pressing play on your cd player. Just flawless. Wonderful. :)
If I remember correctly, it was AhSang next. No comments on it.
Then Zhang Dong Liang. His fans are WOW man. Cuz they were next to me. haha. Sang along. Nice performance. :)

The DJs were interviewing Tanya on stage when everyone just screamed and tanya was forgotten. ENERGY ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!! They rushed there after performing for the PSC Nite show. Haha. Okay, then Tanya was singing, then again there was an uproar and poor Tanya, she was practically ignored. But she had to continue singing. Why were they screaming? cuz Kunda was being escorted to the toilet..? Haha.
Okay, then the DJs were about to announce the next performer, and I was holding my breath cuz I was hoping it was Energy, cuz it was already down to the last two performers. Then I heard the girl behind me say "为什么坤达去厕所这么久的?" then I realized that Kunda hadn't come back from the toilet yet. So it was JJ.
It was a hell load of fun. Very entertaining. Sang Mu Nai Yi first, then a string of his songs, everyone was like singing together, it was like having a mass karaoke session! Then he sang and played on the keyboard this 一个人住 song. *melts* haha. Halfway thru the song he announced that Ado was here too. He waited till everyone screamed before he said he was just joking. haha. that meanie. But he imitated Ado's husky voice and whooo, i hafta admit, it SOUNDED like Ado. Thumbs up to JJ. He sang the english version too. He sang an impropmtu birthday song for 93.3, he's talented!!!
FINALLY! AFTER THE LONG LONG WAIT. ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but no, it wasn't energy...
yet. Some DJs came on stage and yakked non stop. I could die waiting. Then at 1017 (yes i checked my handphone), ENERGY came on stage!!! Danced to tianyudi. Screams were like resounding from every corner. They danced superbly, as usual, although I don't see a need to wear mikes when they don't sing. I'm telling you, i'm jealous of their helpers okay. get to get so close to energy. haha. Anyway, niunai promised us that they will never disband and he made us promise him that we will wait for them. AWWW. okie, then they played games with fans, you know the tie the legs together game...? yes that game. Then they sang Di er ci ai shang ni, then cut cake then...bye bye. no fair right?! other artiste sings like 5 songs and eg only sings 2?!?!? Sigh. It just made me wanna go to their concert. It's such a pity momma's not letting me go. And to think I lost my 2003 concert ticket. Aye.
I went home drenched with sweat from head to toe. My shirt was a complete see through k. Legs were weak. btw, left out some info here.
Okay, I think I've said enough. Meeting Kenji for study date at macs tmr. :) whew. the hols are almost over. sigh. okay. i shall shut up.
